Products & Product Information

Casso Aurora makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, specifications, availability, and pricing for products offered through our website.

Because jewelry may contain natural materials, gemstones, diamonds, precious metals, or handcrafted elements, slight variations in color, appearance, weight, measurements, or other characteristics may occur.

Product images are provided for reference. Colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the characteristics of individual stones or materials.

Where applicable, information concerning diamonds, gemstones, metals, grading, treatments, origin, or other product characteristics will be based on information reasonably available to Casso Aurora.

Pricing & Errors

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, incorrect prices, inaccurate product descriptions, or other errors.

Casso Aurora reserves the right to correct errors and update information at any time.

If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you before fulfillment to provide corrected information and available options.

Casso Aurora may cancel an order affected by a material pricing, inventory, or product-information error. If payment has already been collected for an order that Casso Aurora cancels, the applicable amount collected for the canceled item or order will be refunded.

Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

Casso Aurora reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including in cases involving:

• Pricing or product-information errors

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

• Payment authorization problems

• Shipping restrictions

• Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount paid for the canceled merchandise.

Payment

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Your use of their services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method selected at checkout for your purchase and applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees.

Fraud & Chargebacks

If you believe there is a problem with an order or payment, we encourage you to contact Casso Aurora so we can review the matter.

Casso Aurora reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions and to provide transaction, shipping, delivery, communication, and other relevant records to payment processors, financial institutions, or other appropriate parties in connection with a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent use of payment methods or abuse of the chargeback process may result in cancellation of orders or restriction of future transactions, where permitted by law.

Processing & Shipping

Please allow approximately 5–6 business days for standard orders to be processed and prepared for shipment unless otherwise stated.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Custom, personalized, resized, engraved, made-to-order, or special-order merchandise may require additional processing time.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery information may be displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather conditions, address issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside Casso Aurora's reasonable control may affect delivery.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact Casso Aurora as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Delivery & Signature Requirements

For security purposes, certain jewelry shipments, particularly higher-value orders, may require a signature upon delivery.

Additional security or delivery requirements may apply depending on the order value, destination, carrier, or shipping service.

If signature confirmation is required, someone eligible to accept the delivery should be available at the shipping address.

Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

Ownership and risk associated with merchandise will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the applicable shipping service.

If tracking indicates a delivery problem, or if your package appears lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact Casso Aurora promptly so we can review the available shipping information and determine appropriate next steps.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date for an exchange or store credit, subject to inspection and the requirements stated in that policy.

Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, made-to-order, special-order, and other merchandise designated as Final Sale is not eligible for return or exchange, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Custom, Personalized & Special Orders

Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, made-to-order, and special-order merchandise may require additional information, approval, processing time, and/or deposits.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all specifications, including spelling, sizing, measurements, design selections, and personalization instructions before approving an order.

Once production or customization has begun, such orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

Deposits for custom and special orders are non-refundable once the order has been approved and production has begun.

Diamond & Gemstone Documentation

Certain diamonds, gemstones, or jewelry may include grading reports, certificates, appraisals, or other documentation when specified with the product or order.

Any documentation supplied with merchandise should be retained by the customer.

If an eligible item is returned, all certificates, grading reports, appraisals, and other documentation originally supplied with the merchandise must also be returned when applicable.

Missing documentation may affect return eligibility or result in reasonable replacement costs where disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

Consultations

Casso Aurora may offer private consultations to assist customers with engagement rings, wedding bands, diamonds, fine jewelry, gifts, custom pieces, and special orders.

Consultations are intended to provide personalized product assistance and do not guarantee product availability, pricing, delivery dates, or acceptance of a custom order unless specifically confirmed by Casso Aurora.

Intellectual Property

The Casso Aurora website and its content—including our brand name, logos, graphics, photographs, product images, text, designs, videos, website layout, and other original materials—are owned by or licensed to Casso Aurora and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
