Manufacturing Defects

Casso Aurora provides warranty coverage for eligible manufacturing defects identified under normal use and proper care.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, neglect, impact, scratches, dents, bent or broken components, damaged chains or clasps, cracked or chipped stones, or loss of stones resulting from damage or improper care.

Lost or stolen jewelry is not covered under this warranty.

Jewelry Care & Inspections

Fine jewelry should be inspected and cared for regularly. We recommend having frequently worn pieces, especially engagement rings, wedding bands, and jewelry containing diamonds or gemstones, professionally inspected approximately every six months.

Regular inspections can help identify loose stones, worn prongs, damaged settings, or other issues before they result in more significant damage.

Resizing, Engraving & Customizations

Resizing, engraving, customization, routine maintenance, and repairs resulting from normal wear and tear are not automatically covered under the warranty unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Third-Party Repairs or Alterations

Any repair, resizing, alteration, stone replacement, or other work performed on your Casso Aurora jewelry by an unauthorized third-party jeweler may void applicable warranty coverage.

If you experience an issue with your jewelry, we strongly recommend contacting Casso Aurora before allowing another jeweler to perform any work on the piece.

Appraisals

Professional appraisals may be available for eligible jewelry upon request. Availability may vary depending on the item purchased.

We recommend considering independent jewelry insurance for valuable pieces, as the Casso Aurora warranty does not replace insurance coverage for loss, theft, accidental damage, or other events outside the scope of a manufacturing warranty.
