What You Need to Know

• Once your return is received and processed, we will exchange, replace, or refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

• Returned products must be in their original condition and include all original packaging (boxes, pouches, envelopes, and bags).

• Customers must insure shipments for the full value of the returned items. Casso Aurora is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

• We cannot accept hazardous materials or cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.

• Abuse of return privileges, non-compliance with these guidelines, or shipping back unaccepted items may result in additional fees.

• Items returned due to manufacturing defects will be exchanged free of charge.

Secure Packaging Tips

• Use plain, discreet packaging. Do not display company names, logos, or branding on the outside of the package.

• For high-value items, double-box your return for added security.

• Always seal packages securely with clear or reinforced tape.

• Shipments should be prepared under camera (when possible), and tracking numbers must be retained as proof of shipment.

• Do not place return packages in drop boxes or leave them unattended. Schedule a pickup or drop off the package at a carrier’s facility to receive a receipt.

Product Return Timelines

• Fine Jewelry: Returns must be received within 15 calendar days of the invoice date.

• All Other Products: Returns must be received within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.

• Custom, engraved, or personalized pieces: Non-returnable unless defective.

• Special Orders & Made-to-Order Items: Returnable within 30 days unless altered, resized, or customized.

• Used or worn items: Non-refundable.

⚠️ Restocking Fee: Products returned outside the allowed period may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
