The cancellation period will expire 30 days from the date you received your item(s) or when a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by you takes possession of the goods.

• The item is in its original packaging

• The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

• Personalized or custom-made jewelry

• Items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed

• Items that deteriorate quickly or have expired

• Items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.

• If the gift was not marked as such, or the order was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
